Shipping and Delivery Options
National Shipping:
Standard (5-8 Business Days): $10-$18 USD
Express (3 Business Days): $25 USD
Internacional Shipping:
Internacional Standard (2-4 weeweeks): $25 USD
Internacional Express (1-2 weeks): $45 USD
Note that if you have a order with more than one objet the cost may change and increase. Cost may vary depending on the weight of your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. Note when your order has been handed we will send an email or text to the customer with pictures of how you will receive your order and the status of your item to proof any misunderstanding in the future.
Cancellations
After an order is submitted, processing begings and the oder can be canceled. If you canceled an order between the first 2 days after you order is submitted you will have your refund (☆Important☆ If you receive a refund it only will be the amount of the item that you were buying, the shipping amount it would not be refunded.☆) If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us right away.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 31 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. Returns will only be accepted if the item was not the one that you order, if it was a clothing item it will only be refunded if it was not the item that you order or if it was the wrong size.
Delayed Orders

Demaged Orders
Cayumiko is not liable for lost, demaged or stolen products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived demaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filling a claim with the shipping provider.
Shipping Restrictions
-Orders can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
The TSA ( Transportación Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
